Bonus Terms Explained
Bonus jargon can be confusing. Here's a plain-English decoder for the terms you'll see at kk38 and across online casinos in Pakistan.
Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you're allowed to withdraw any winnings from it. It's the most important term to check before claiming any offer.
Example: You claim a Rs 1,000 bonus with x15 wagering. That means you must place bets totalling Rs 15,000 (15 × Rs 1,000) before cashing out. A x20 requirement on the same bonus = Rs 20,000 in total bets required.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While using bonus funds, most platforms cap how much you can stake per bet. This is to prevent players from clearing the wagering requirement in a single high-stakes spin or match bet.
Example: kk38 sets a Rs 300 max bet per spin or per match when active bonus funds are in play. Placing Rs 1,000 per spin could void the bonus.
Game Contribution
Not all games contribute equally toward clearing your wagering requirement. Slots typically count 100%, while table games like baccarat or roulette usually count at a much lower rate.
Example: Rs 1,000 on slots = Rs 1,000 toward your rollover. Rs 1,000 on blackjack at 15% contribution = only Rs 150 toward your rollover.
Bonus Expiry
Every bonus has a countdown. If you don't complete the wagering requirement within the bonus's active window, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
Example: A 14-day bonus credited on 1st of the month must be fully wagered by the 15th. Day 16 — it's gone, regardless of how much you've completed.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky bonus stays locked in your account and cannot itself be withdrawn — only the winnings generated from it can be cashed out. A non-sticky bonus is added to your real balance and can be withdrawn after wagering.
Example (sticky): You have a Rs 2,000 sticky bonus + Rs 5,000 winnings. You can withdraw Rs 5,000 but the Rs 2,000 bonus itself disappears on cashout.
Maximum Cash-Out
Even after you've cleared all wagering requirements, some bonuses limit the total amount you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is separate from your regular account withdrawal limits.
Example: A bonus has a Rs 5,000 max cash-out. Even if you turned Rs 500 into Rs 30,000 using that bonus, you can only withdraw up to Rs 5,000 from those winnings.
Practical advice: Always read the full Terms & Conditions before claiming any bonus. A bonus with a high wagering requirement at a low max bet limit can be very difficult to clear in practice. Check those three numbers — wagering multiplier, max bet cap, and expiry window — before you accept any offer.
